Pros:
Beautiful location
Not a bad price
Beautiful landscaping
Cons:
Manager doesn’t know the password to “free wifi”
No housekeeping services and $10 charge for extra sheets and towels
Many things not working (lights, TV, fan, etc)
Restaurant and lobby not open yet.
Poor communication–took deposit 2 months in advance and then offered to refund our money 2 days before our stay.
Inarajan has a simple yet sophisticated atmosphere. They have great food and warm people. It was just the place that I have been looking for!
I would say Inarajan Gardens is ideal for couples and groups who seek value for money. Their rooms are reasonably priced. It is not too expensive and you’re able to enjoy a laid back atmosphere. We will look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Guam.
My own room was thoroughly clean and insect-free. It was equipped with air-con, television and small refrigerator. The place was silent as well.
